Our service department, Sensec Support & Service, consists of highly qualified technicians who are trained and certified by our suppliers. The team with its project manager is responsible for all deliveries, maintenance and repairs. All Sensec's larger or more extensive deliveries are carried out in project form to guarantee a quality-assured solution. In case of special needs or larger projects, our suppliers are involved in close cooperation with Sensec to meet the customers' needs regarding function, performance and availability.
The service organization is located in Arlandastad 5 minutes from Arlanda Airport and has extensive experience in effectively planning and implementing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting at airports around Sweden. Primarily, we strive to solve problems that arise with the help of telephone support and remote troubleshooting, but in cases where our presence is required, a central location and proximity to Arlanda Airport guarantee rapid response and coverage throughout Sweden in the event of acute problems.

Project Management During Installation
For larger installations or overall commitments, project management is sometimes required. This applies mainly to installations with multiple flows or where there are several different machines. Our project management strength provides expertise in the area and can help you plan the installation.
